WarCollar Celebrates 10 Years of Mission-Driven Work

A Note from Gene Bransfield, Founder + CEO of WarCollar Industries

Ten years ago, WarCollar started as a one-person operation—it was just me, one contract, and a vision. Today, we celebrate a decade of dynamic growth, with over 60 top-tier professionals managing a portfolio of diverse contracts across various sectors. I am truly overwhelmed with gratitude as I reflect on the past decade.

It’s been an extraordinary journey with an even more extraordinary team. A massive thank you to my staff for their dedication and hard work. Their brilliance lights our way forward! As WarCollar continues to evolve, our commitment remains unwavering: we are here to grow, to innovate, and to lead, always putting our people and our mission at the forefront.

Thank you for being part of this incredible adventure.

The Celebration

WarCollar staff celebrated the company’s 10th anniversary a couple weeks early at our monthly all hands. Staff members were treated to branded sweets and some new company SWAG including a branded Yeti cup and stadium bag, just in time for the summer event to Nats Stadium.

A big round of applause to local baker Pinch and Peck for the beautiful and tasty custom cookies, Ned Devine's Irish Gastro Pub & Restaurant for hosting our lively crew, and Merchology for the quality work they provide on our branded SWAG.

Cate Urban

I founded Urban Web Renovations after 11 years of leading global marketing strategies for nonprofit organizations in Washington, DC. In each position I held, one thing remained the same – my passion for managing web sites and social media accounts for both organizations and major thought leaders.
