Celebrating Our Staff for the Holidays and Looking ahead to 2026
As a small token of appreciation, WarCollar Industries held our annual holiday party on Saturday, December 6 at the Ritz-Carlton. Our employees and their extended family were treated to steak, lobster, an extensive buffet, an open bar, dancing, and an array of door prizes. Our Founder and CEO, Gene Bransfield, also shared a few inspiring words as we close out an eventful year and look forward to 2026.
Every year I review last year’s speech to avoid repeating myself. Last year I predicted that 2025 might get “interesting.” At the time, I didn’t think fate would take that as a dare. It’s like fate walked in and said, “Hah! Hold my beer.”
They tell you when you start a business, you spend a lot of time looking both ways before crossing a street — and then halfway across, you get hit by a falling helicopter. It felt like we spent the year dodging multiple helicopters. And yet — we’re still here. You are rockstars. You are warriors. The work you do matters. And you should feel proud of how good you are.
If fate is listening again: I’m optimistic about 2026. I think it’s going to be prosperous — and profitable.
This is the season for asking for things, so we might as well ask for great things. Ask for great things. Know you deserve great things.
Wayne Gretzky famously said, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” One of our core values is being Forward Leaning. Lean forward. Take the shot. You’ve got an entire company of rockstars and warriors behind you. You’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish.
